Pretty good demonstration of homebrewing overall. However, there were a few little things they goofed up, like putting yeast in the Reinheitsgebot, boiling the specialty grains and calling pouring wort into the fermenter sparging. But, it made me thirsty for a good homebrew so Good Eats did its job.

One of my best friends in college home-brewed, and was quite skilled...at any given time, he kept a stout, a pilsner, and a wheat beer on tap in his second refrigerator. I have always wanted to try it myself, but it is so much easier to grab a pack-o-pints, or one of the Samuel Adams brews and get one professionally done.
