- This is an awesome wartime propaganda Bugs Bunny cartoon. I didn't even realize that Warner Brothers catered to the public like that! Oh the forties... It was simpler times...

- It was released during WW2, and it even has a Cartoon Network watermark, so I bet that part about "rare unreleased" is just because the submitter is kind of stupid.

- this was too released. it's just a banned cartoon. it was obviously shown recently because of the cartoon network watermark (they do sometimes have specials on banned cartoons)
