From its history, to its effects this video is enough to shock anyone into really looking at there food labels next time they shop. Aspartame is a toxic food that came into the world as an investment By Donald Rumsfeld, while ignoring the deadly effects the tests showed. Take a good look at this video, it could save lives.

- The Love of money is the root of all evil. OMG! I was going to make a comment on Monsanto and decided not to but read formofsound's comment and wham! Monsanto is running rampant in Ko Hawaii Pae Aina. Also rumors that they will harm you if you get in their way. Not sure if true but well...history...love of money...connect the dots

- This info and documentary are well worth watching. When aspartame was first approved for use in soda I though, "great, now I can drink soda and cut my calories." Within a week of drinking the aspartame soda (diet Dr Pepper for me) I started getting splitting headaches, which immediately went away as soon as I quit drinking the stuff. At this point I drink no soda at all. It's just poison in a can/bottle and water, juice or green tea is my better alternative.

- Know someone who drinks/eats products containing the artificial sweetener, Aspertame? Do so yourself? This is a must see, as it examines a myriad of *serious* health related problems and even deaths caused by this sweetener. I've always said that if I want to stop drinking sugary drinks, I'd give them up completely, rather than switching to diet drinks. I never trusted them and it seems that's a wise choice.
