GiantFan discovered 5 months ago- Vegan since July 7, 2007 Lane and Jane, a husband and wife team are new to the vegan thing. Since they became vegans they've been eating lots of really tasty, nutritious food. And losing weight! Vegan and vegetarian diets have been credited with lowering the risks of all kinds of nasty diseases including: cancers, heart disease, high cholesterol, hypertension, and stroke, just to name a few. Come by for a visit and see how we're doing with our new lifestyle. Who knows, maybe they'll inspire you too!
