its not often i find American making much sence, dont know if its the food they eat or there version of religious slavery. This blog changes my mind. if America had only one like this we should look deeper for another.

From updoc's page: "Back in 2000 a Republican friend warned me that if I voted for Al Gore and he won, the stock market would tank, we'd lose millions of jobs, and our military would be totally over-stretched. You know what? I did vote for Gore, he did win, and I'll be damned if all those things didn't come true!" --James Carville(J.Carville is ugly, anoying, and usually right!)

Sir/Madam:
Upon review of your profile it has been determined that you may be violating United States Code, Title Four, Chapter One, referred to henceforth as "Flag Code." You may also be violating Public Law 90-381 (82 Stat. 291), known as the "Flag Protection Act." To wit, the Flag Code § 3 states that any person who "in any manner, for exhibition or display, shall place or cause to be placed any word, figure, mark, picture, design, drawing, or any advertisement of any nature upon any flag, standard, colors, or ensign of the United States of America; or shall expose or cause to be exposed to public view any such flag, standard, colors, or ensign upon which shall have been printed, painted, or otherwise placed, or to which shall be attached, appended, affixed, or annexed any word, figure, mark, picture, design, or drawing, or any advertisement of any nature [...] shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor." Note that "The words 'flag, standard, colors, or ensign', as used herein, shall include any flag, standard, colors, ensign, or any picture or representation of either, or of any part or parts of either, made of any substance or represented on any substance, of any size evidently purporting to be either of said flag, standard, colors, or ensign of the United States of America or a picture or a representation of either, upon which shall be shown the colors, the stars and the stripes, in any number of either thereof, or of any part or parts of either, by which the average person seeing the same without deliberation may believe the same to represent the flag, colors, standard, or ensign of the United States of America." The United States Department of Justice considers this definition to include digitized images transmitted via the Internet and other computer networks.

Due to judicial rulings based on the First Amendment to the United States Constitution (Texas v. Johnson, 491 U.S. 397 (1989), United States v. Eichman, 496 U.S. 310 (1990)) such violations have historically not been enforced as criminal matters. However, the Department of Justice anticipates that this situation will change with the upcoming passage of the Flag Desecration Amendment to the Constitution, and is taking measures to alert Internet users who may be affected. Please note that due to the scope of the Amendment even acts by non-United States citizens on foreign soil may be actionable under the Flag Code.

For further information, or if you believe that you may have received this notice in error, please contact:

updoc1011 asks "Can you name anything that nature made just one of? One tree, one bird, one star, one universe?"
I answer. One George W Bush. A moron so degenerate, that by hypothesis he must be unique. Great Stumbles.

Doc I gotta tell ya, I'd be proud to stand with you in that concentration camp. We would drive them crazy. Jun 12, 3:55pm Maybe all that's needed is someone to tell George W. Bush that today's ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court regarding the rights of detainees is really not about him; not about his phony "war on terror;" not about the fun it must have been for Bush and his creepy circle of chicken hawks to decide on different torture techniques; and damn sure not about his failed presidency. Someone (Laura? His mama? Jeb?) should tell this pathetic sonofabitch that today's decision was about the rule of law; about legal rights in a supposedly lawful society; about Justice Anthony Kennedy's comment in the ruling that, "The laws and Constitution are designed to survive, and remain in force, in extraordinary times." Not that such a comment would have meaning to Bush. At a news conference in Rome with yet another neo-Fascist - Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi - he said: "We'll abide by the court's decision. That doesn't mean I have to agree with it." Agree with it? George W. Bush agree with the foundational elements of the U.S. Constitution? Especially those concerned with maintaining a balance of power among three co-equal branches of government? Please. mikemalloy.com/live/ [mikemalloy.com]
