Banning is a powertrip for the weak. The issue is censorship. Freedom of speech doesn't come with a caveat that the speech must be true.It will never fail to amaze me how we have the technology to build leaderless communities free of any kind of force applicable to others, and yet we create... more

The best part is that the Pastor came back and apologized. He didn't deny what he had done. He stated what he and done, why he did it and that he was sorry for it. People from all realms of life do incredibly stupid things. I am sure many Atheists have done some deceiving in their time. It is not the claim of a specific belief or non belief that defines the morals of a person. It is the choices the person makes when faced in universally morally questionable situations. It is the ability to learn from having made a poor decision and then incorporated that new knowledge into a new understanding of that situation.

From the page: "So I banned him. I found what he did to be disgusting. It would be like me pretending to me multiple Christians on a Christian blog, asserting thereās nothing wrong with raping women and killing children because God commands it in the Bible." Actually, the bible actually does command those things, so it's not the same.
