Benway68 discovered 9 months ago- VDS'a approach almost certainly is extortion, but you know, I don't care. Far too many software developers and website companies are willing to turn a blind eye to security issues until their bottom line is threatened by public backlash. If VDA's approach will make such companies think twice, then I say good job.
