    Friend has malware issue - the malware takes over explorer.exe and command.com, and decides not to let anything run that could fix the computer. This was easy to use, especially for a tech guy - a simply selected 'spybot search and destroy' plugin gave us the door to remove that crap from their PC. BartPE, UBCD, and UBCD for Windows are very awesome.
