Users without programming skills can create web applications. Developers can extend the functionality of TWiki with Plugins. TWiki fosters information flow within an organization; lets distributed teams work together seamlessly and productively; and eliminates the one-webmaster syndrome of outdated intranet content.

Wiki for enterprise very cool. I would also check out PB Wiki & Wetpaint. Although, I can't wait for Google to launch their upcoming wiki-like social network. thanks to http://Cantalyssa.stumbleupon.com/ for the tip!

TWiki is being also very useful for me as a student-almost-alone work repository, me and my friends can write very beautiful reports, and documents for school, one of its best plugins is DirectedGraphPlugin.
