danhiggins3 rated 14 months ago- This has been making the rounds for the past five years that I know of, and I have gotten very tired of pointing this out to people, but once more, this is not a quotation from Shakespeare. Not only does it not sound a thing like Shakespeare, it includes key words that didn't exist until practically the 20th century. And given that I carry the entire text of Julius Caesar in my head, I can guarantee that it's not from that play. Sorry. Nothing objectionable about the sentiment. Take off the attribution and it's fine, just dully stated.

akali83 rated 15 months ago- A great collection of really wonderful art, errr... I haven't done exactly a wonderful job here in showing it though (shame-faced)

3sm3r3lda rated 15 months ago- no matter who actually said this, it needs to be heard by all... over and over and over...

coop2 rated 16 months ago- Shakespeare was a bloody prophet!

mikewelch123 rated 16 months ago- Sound familiar?

kevinjjones rated 16 months ago- Shakespeare wouldn't be this banal and prosaic. "narrows the mind"? "mind has closed?" Cant, cant, cant. O for a muse of Fire.... -1 for misattribution.
