I used to live near San Luis Potosi. In Leon, Guanajuato. Went a couple times to a good steak place there. MizLollipop is completely wrong. San Luis Potosi is the capital of the San Luis Potosi state, it was never the country capital. Mexican Silver is considered the best in the world.
