With clever space design it's amazing how much can be fitted in. I'd prefer a converted (8 X 20 foot?) shipping container. I saw a design some time ago: glaze one whole size, insulate it with straw bails on the outside, and face the window to a view. I think I could live in that :)

I don't think I could handle such a tiny kitchen, but the rest would be just fine. I like that telescope comes included.
