This nugget from the page helped me today. (My answers are in paren.) "I started by asking myself some important questions that needed honest answers. They were: * Did I anticipate the unexpected? (What "unexpected?") * Have I agreed to do more than I am capable of? (Very likely. But I'm willing to try and test myself rather than guess at my limitations.) * Are the goals that I have set for myself clearly defined? (No, Sir, they're not. At least not specifically. I have a nice general mental picture/overview of the end result but nothing defined task by task.) * Am I mismanaging my time? (I'm on the computer so, yeah. Wasting major amounts of time.) * Am I doing things that are the responsibility of someone else? (Nope. This is all mine.) * Am I spending time on unimportant things?" (Yes. I'm still on the computer - seeking answers about avoidance and fear... duh. Oh look! Something shiny!)

From the page: "We live in a world that is becoming increasingly busier. Things are moving at a faster pace and we are forced to move right along with it. More is required out of the average person than ever before"

From the page: "One of the major mistakes I made was saying 'yes' to almost every project I was interested in, and even some I had no interest in but agreed to take part in for the learning experience."
