to overcome my anger...i simply look away from what's making me angry and then slowly count 1-10...

Good advice for anyone. It's especially good advice if you have children. Being angry sucks no matter how you cut it.

Remember to control your emotions, like that Spock fellah, he had it sorted. Remember, kids, negative emotions make you feel bad :( - we wouldn't want that. Feel happy all the time :) - that's better!
