PW is always hilarious and pratical- "Slice onion very thin. Place in a baking dish and cover with buttermilk for at least one hour. Combine dry ingredients and set aside. Heat oil to 375 degrees. Grab a handful of onions, throw into the flour mixture, tab to shake off excess, and PLUNGE into hot oil. Fry for a few minutes and remove as soon as golden brown. Repeat until onions are gone. Eat before your family sees them. Repeat with another onion, because theyâ€ll be really mad they didnâ€t get any."

This woman does my swede in. No matter how good her food may be, I can't get past the patronising time lapse photos of her making it. Wanna know what a tablespoon of salt looks like? Here's a photo! Forgot how to pour stuff out of a jug? Here's two photos to remind you. Thermometer? I'll show you what a fucking thermometer looks like - here's three photos of a fucking thermometer from three different fucking angles you big knobjockey. Got that?! A fucking thermometer!
