The best and most ethical research I have ever come across. The answer to Western diseases and taking responsibility for ones own health and appreciation of life.

One of the best books about the relationship of diet and health. From the page: "In The China Study, Dr. Campbell details the connection between nutrition and heart disease, diabetes, and cancer, and also its ability to reduce or reverse the risk or effects of these deadly illnesses. The China Study also examines the source of nutritional confusion produced by powerful lobbies, government entities, and irresponsible scientists." A must-read for everybody who cares about his own health! (By the way, vegan nutrition: it's easier than you might think.)
