- I am all about splenda, thats not bad I hope.
darkfire79 rated 5 months ago- I'm not against all artifical sweeteners.. but aspartame needs to go - along with saccharine. Course then again.. I think plain ole sugar is just fine.

- No one should be consuming any of these synthetic sweeteners. Aspartame itself can lead to migraines, cancer, and even for formaldehyde in the brain. There are many natural alternatives such as stevia, agave nectar, and xylitol to name a few.
