    This is excellent .... I think all children should be drilled on these points .... I hated conflict because it was and sometimes still is very uncomfortable for me and I react instinctively and defensively ... sometimes making matters worse ... and sometimes knowing almost instantly too late that I could have diffused it if I had just taken that deep breath. As an adult I do much better ... most of the time .... haha
