- I'm half-white and this blog does not represent the typical white person, whatever that is. I do know that white people don't all read the NY Times or want to attend an Ivy League school. Now that I think about it, Bill Clinton must be the illegitimate child of an Ivy Leaguer. How else would a boy from Arkansas make it as far as he did? Oh yeah, isn't there that American dream?

- Yes, this writer is witty and funny, but the tone of this blog seems mean spirited and not even slightly accurate. It should be called "Stuff Rich Folks and Affluent Social Climbing NY Times Readers Like". Most people don't even read the NY Times and everyone that reads it is not white. All these stereotypes are more about class than race, and if you think this stuff is true, you need to climb out of your social bubble and broaden your perspective. Racism isn't just wrong, it's retarded.
