From the page: Worry more about the mercury in your teeth fillings and the mercury in vaccines. Idiot.

Shrimp and other seafood is also a great source. (Probably more expensive than the rest though)

Sorry to go against the majority - and until a year ago I would have agreed! However, these foods are all ACIDIC to the body. Tuna now contains a high level of mercury and milk based products are soooo bad for our body (mucous forming, allergies - not to mention that humans are not meant to drink milk from animals!!!) Alkaline fruit and vegetables contain a superior quality of protein that builds the strongest muscles (just think of how big apes muscles are - they are veggie eaters!) If you eat a diet that is based on these foods and don't workout your muscle quickly diminishes. But if you eat plenty of alkalizing foods then you retain your muscle even without working out - though you do still need to do weight-lifting for them to grow. One final thing is that if your body is toxic (through eating these types of foods) then you will never be able to nourish your body properly and thus never get your body in the shape it should - and could be. Hope this makes sense.

I LOVE milk!! And the only thing I know how to cook is breakfast, so I am all good on the protein deal.
