- STICKY, GOOEY, CREAMY, CHEWY PEANUT BUTTER BLISS COOKIES! WOW!! When I first posted about these mind-numbingly delicious, crispy, creamy little balls of peanut butter perfection it caused quite a stir. Even though that was several months ago, I'm still feeling ripples from the shock waves these little guys caused around the blogosphere. I was thrilled by the enthusiastic reaction they received, though I really wasn't too surprised. After all, what's not to love about a ridiculously simple and decadently rich peanut butter cookie that you don't even have to bake? So, when I read about The Peanut Butter Boy's new event, The Great Peanut Butter Exhibition #1 - Cookies, I knew that I had to share this recipe again.
