So far, this is the only site that gets my coveted 5 out of 5 rating. It deserves every bit of it. I don't think I could have been physically able to complete some of my current coding projects without it!

Stack Overflow is the Wikipedia of "how do I" programming questions. It's heroic. It's helped me a few times already, and I've noticed it popping up quite a bit in my search results. This is not by accident! I heard on the Stack Overflow podcast several interesting points about the site. I can see that wiki style multi-user editable posts (SEO, clarity!), slow/no-signup pattern, karma/points reputation system and elegant layout = big win for programmers everywhere.

Very interesting programming resource - a question an answer community that doesn't require registration or have any other silly requirements before you can ask a question.
