All quotes or a set of quotes can also be displayed on a page using a [quote] tag. The plugin is similar, and uses ideas from (though not based on) the wp quotes plugin by Dustin Barnes. - This is really kinda cool... I haven't tested it yet, but you could so something similar to what slashdot has at the bottom of their pages.
