Great spam identification filter, integrates well with procmail. I have been using this for years and it just plain works.

A mail filter, written in Perl, to identify spam using a wide range of heuristic tests on mail headers and body text. Free software.

SpamAssassin on my home network works better than the ridiculously expensive system that we use at work. It would be funny if it weren't so pathetic.
