- Beautiful rendition of one of my favorite hymns. The pictures were beautiful too. They missed the second verse though. Too bad that is my favorite verse. A song of triumph.

- I have had some very difficult situations in my life. Some I brought on myself and some I did not. The point is that those times were troubling and brought tumult. But what was greater than my troubles in both a sense of compassion as well as a state of magnanimity was the mercy of God. That grace provided a peace and a calmness such that even when my troubles were so thick and heavy I knew how I could and indeed would make it to the next day. He has always provided a way for me. Although there have been times when I have gotten downright soaked in the storms of life, I have always been protected from the worst. Always. That is why when I hear this old hymn, the tears roll down my face because I *KNOW* it is well with my soul.
