this post isn't going to have anything to do with this website. This is about FreeBeer: No Hacks and how I was permanently banned. I know admin usually ban people for cheating, but I don't even know how to mod anything or hack or whatever. Somebody was just butt sore because I killed them. There wasn't even a discussion about it... i killed someone then, bam, i was permanently banned. I wish I could apologize to whom ever I offended, but I would really like to play on that server again. It is by far my favorite server. anywho.. my one and only alias is Kish. If you could unban me that would be great.

` Anyone looking for a dissertation level thinker with compelling documentation to support the arguments which surpass anything the media or the senate sub-committee can dole out...the semblance of truths is here awaiting a judicial forum or the world court to consider this evidence in hand...as this nation appears to gearing up for a lock down. Super information on the highway where the speed and desire to obtain consolidated data such as this..... readily available for consumption...awesome http://www.smugllama.stumbleupon.com .....peace, Rhon `

From the page: "New Security Risks Found In Diebold Voting Systems by Monica Davey [ejfi.org] "No less than 5 people (Cooper, Lee, Graye, Elder, and Dean) involved with the management and development of Diebold's systems are convicted felons, including Senior Vice President Jeff Dean, and topping the list are his twenty-three counts of felony Theft in the First Degree. According to the findings of fact in case no. 89-1-04034-1 (Washington State, King County District Court): "Defendant's thefts occurred over a 2 1/2 year period of time, there were multiple incidents, more than the standard range can account for, the actual monetary loss was substantially greater than typical for the offense, the crimes and their cover-up involved a high degree of sophistication and planning in the use and alteration of records in the computerized accounting system that defendant maintained for the victim, and the defendant used his position of trust and fiduciary responsibility as a computer systems and accounting consultant for the victim to facilitate the commission of the offenses." To sum up, Dean was convicted of 23 felony counts of theft by -- note this -- planting back doors in his software and using a "high degree of sophistication" to evade detection. The reason for the embezzlement? He needed the money because "he was embezzling in order to pay blackmail over a fight he was involved in, in which a person died."" --Smugllamas reviews. Lots of good clips. From the page: "Not only has my stumlbeupon page been visited by the CIA, but also the United States Army Corps of Engineers and the Commonwealth Ombudsman of Australia. Other interesting hits come from the Australian Sports Commission, Wells Fargo Bank, Amazon.com, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and the State Research Center of Russian Federation's Institute for High Energy Physics."

Excellent. We need, of course, to be watchful for wrongdoing (and for that I am most grateful to have the EFF), but at the end of the day "We the People" have pretty much nothing to say about the way we ae governed or who gets what from whom. I'll be interested to watch this. Thanks for the site.
