i like the idea, but i'm not much of a fan of set ganache pie, i would most likely do this with chocolate pudding for that extra gooey factor.

Avoiding marshmellow cobwebs aside, what a lovely idea, and now I must make it. S'mores are one of my favorite foods in the WHOLE. WORLD. And this just clinches it.. i need to feast upon s'mores pie!!!

Oh this is so true, that's happened to me! This recipe is valuable for that tip alone. Thanks for helping me to avoid marshmallow cobwebs, forever.
