Not particularly useful in most cases, but very cool and quite interesting. Carl Jung's is my favorite.

Just wait till you see the vocabulary IQ test they have, that's not a fun time at all. I've been to the site before, though, its personality tests are good...but jeez...wtf with the IQ tests? Did they intentionally make those impossible?
