To those objecting to this video think about this: the cat climbed up on its own and got back down again, the camera person was there by chance to film it. If the camera person wasn't there to film it, it still could have happend. Its a bit like 'the tree falling in a forrest without anybody around, does it still make a sound?' If this film hadn't been made, nobody would have seen and objected to it, even though the cat may have climbed the curtain rail.

About the disclaimer: The question is not whether the cat climbed up there by itself. The question is why the camera person didn't help the kitty down. This was cruel because the cat is not in some outdoor tree, as it is meant to be.
