Because obviously CSS rules for EVERYTHING and we should use CSS to layout our sites even if it means implementing tons of fixes for different browsers (hello IE6). God, the endless "Your site should now look like *this* unless you use IE6 inwhich case you'll have to add *ALL THIS SHIT*" when you could just, you know, use a table quickly and easily and "decorate" it all nicely using CSS. The end.
