So the UPS whiteboard actor didn't realize that Delta sucks? If he had asked before his unfortunate circumstances, I could have saved him from using Delta. Of course, most airlines also suck, so my suggestion would be to drive his pompous ass to his parent's house himself.

I read all this just waiting for a punchline about some whiteboard commercial or whatever. Do you know who I am? I am the guy that plays in this rockband from the south of Holland and not only that, I also even wrote half of the songs for that band that you have never heard of. Give me my five minutes back and some apologies. And some lunch-vouchers.

cry me a river! How about just explaining to kids that technology isn't always 100% reliable and that it's better to keep waiting on the ground than fly with some sort of half-broken aircraft?
