Criminal threats have evolved over the years. New responsibilities in a post-9/11 environment challenge law enforcement at the local, state and federal level. Emergency response capabilities are increasingly part of any street cop's job. But the resource most critical for so many of these challenges--the patrol car--has never evolved to keep pace.

From the page: "75 mph rear impact crash capability"

I call BS on a car that can survive a 75 mph rear impact. You'd need a car built like a tank to survive that. Tanks aren't known for their high speed or impressive cornering capabilities.

Oh, BTW it needs more post 9-11 jargon. Remember, every petty crook, drug dealer, and speeder is a terrorist just waiting to do evil, un-American things. Oogy boogy! 9-11!

Let's just buy them tanks.
