Holy cripes! I was just recently saying how someone should invent something like this, in wiki form, to help us get the heck out of automated phone menus.

A great resource for skipping past all the callbots when you're on the phone with some large, faceless corporation.

Methods such as these saved me a huge amount of time when I was calling various insurance companies dozens of times a day. Ah, how I don't miss that job...

love it! But you have to be nice to the person on the other line.... I miss yelling at the automated and getting ppl's sympathy.

The only bad part about this site is that I will no longer be able to hear my roommate scream into the phone about how he wants to speak to a person. It always made life a little bit better.
