NOT MANIA / DEPRESSION, JUST HOPE AND DETERMINATION -> 6 YEARS OF FAILURE -> HOPELESS ACCEPTANCE OF THE TRUTH. LITHIUM ISN'T GOING TO STOP IT. HEROIN ISN'T GOING TO STOP IT." I'll figure out how this works later. I'm tired and the nighttime painkiller the dentist gave me is making me feel fluffy and weird. I hate these things. "Here, eat these. You won't be able to drive but at least you won't have to take a shit until they're gone. Your tooth will still ache a little bit but you'll be too fucked up to care." I have been sleeping especially well, though. God dammit I want this tooth fixed. NOW. I have good dental habits, too. I even floss, sometimes... I've been taking calcium supplements since I was thirteen. I have super-dense bone(rs) but a fucking cavity bigger than most of my other teeth, located right underneath the previous spot the dentist filled 4 years ago. I saw the X-rays. It looks like he didn't do it right, to me. Especially now that it's going to cost me $1500 to root canal it, plus more for the crown after the root canal. Oh yeah, and then there is the root canal he did the same time 4 years ago. Turns out, it should have been crowned wayyyy back then. So, we're looking at a good $2300 - $2500 worth of dental work on two teeth he already "fixed" four years ago. That's money I do not have and have no way of getting any time soon. I'm working my ass off right now. I'm getting paid. It is not enough. What's new? The nerve in the tooth is dying. It hurts. My jaw is swelling. Judging from the weird skin infection that popped up on my cheek directly covering the spot in my mouth the tooth resides in, I am wondering if it is infected. What the fuck AM I SUPPOSED TO DO? I hear that in Mexico you can get outstanding dental work performed in facilities just as nice as the American ones for a fraction of the cost. I know people who've done it. It'd be worth the drive. By the way, thanks to everybody who has had a hand in fucking with me, fucking my life up, harassing me at work and sabotaging my employments. Some day I'm going to knock your fucking teeth out and steal your wallet so you can have an idea of what it's like to be me.
