The NASA Meteoroid Environment Group's lunar observatory at the Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama. The lunar night side...that's not the far side but the bits of the moon you can see sometimes but not all the time, depending on its phase...anyway, the night side has what are called "transient phenomenon, and if you click on this link you can follow various Earth-orbiting objects on a cool little video.
