"Living Within Samsara"What I hope to do is write articles that convey that perhaps coming from even a bleak place, that anything can be changed with the help of a spiritual solution. My solutions come in many forms but they're all revealed with a spiritual transformation. The path we're on has many challenges and as I navigate mine, I hope to share encouragement to others who may be experiencing similar. It is my belief that though we do all walk our path alone that we don't have to be alone doing it. [For a saucier me, see Samsara's Shakti.]Namaste. Peace, and Light."The Highly Sensitive Person"I knew I was *odd.* I picked up things others would seem to not notice. Trying to fit in but being unsuccessful, I realized the world was not for me so I chose masks instead and the masks were painful because I knew I wasn't "really like that." After discovering who I really was [what I really was] and coming into acceptance, I have found freedom. Today I wouldn't choose to be "normal" even if I could.Highly Sensitive Articles : HSP issues in "Living Within Samsara."My Stumble Tags : HSP, Indigo and Related Items. This website has had such a profound effect on my life. It's given me so many useful tools and insights; I find myself reading it every day, working to absorb as much as possible. I'm so grateful to have found such a wonderful resource, and one that's FREE of all things! So very rare and wondrous! Thanks, Samsara!

My sorority sister, Digits graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Life's More Devastating Challenges. Living Within Samsara is an exploration of her continuing post-graduate studies. Digits' insights are remarkable, compassionate and compelling. She does not lecture, scold, or wave fingers. Rather, when highlighting iniquities she encourages polite, rational discussion. Living Within Samsara opens both hearts and minds - a rare gift in these confusing times. ========================= Post edit: Upon reading other Stumblers' reviews of this blog it would seem that Digits has attracted the ire of an amateurish, two-bit troll. Consider the source, friends.

Living Within Samsara is the personal blog of my friend Digits. All of the articles you'll find here have been lovingly crafted with great creativity, intelligence, and skill. There's enough helpful and holistic wisdom offered within these pages to fill an entire series worth of books. Through her blog, she's teaching others about what she's learned from a whole lifetime of experiences, lessons that come directly from the heart.

From the blog of my friend Samsara: "It's an untruth that words can't harm. From nursery rhymes to eloquent sayings, I believe nothing more has kept our world in "black mitote" than our verbal expression along with then the belief that a person's negative expression "should not" hurt us. The truth is, it does hurt. If this is not your truth [yet] - I beg your pardon and this series is not for you; But for those of us who do experience the pain that an unkind word or harshly turned sarcastic comment can inflict. If you're a believer that words "can" harm, then I suggest in this section that they can heal as well. If you're in disbelief that they can harm - I would lovingly suggest you inventory your level of denial - for if words haven't the power to harm, then they indeed haven't the power to heal. If they haven't the power to harm or heal then God wouldn't have blessed the poets with the capacity to move some of us to tears."

A very open and sincere blog, tracking the spiritual journey of our own Digits. A relaxing place to be.
