The last place I worked not only had these mobile data centers but also a few ultra-wide ones filled with programmers, administrators and DBAs. ;)

Interesting possibilities with something like that. I can imagine it being used for situations where there is a large influx of population and for emergencies ...getting people back online. Obviously there would be military uses as well. Have a lan party out in the woods with 5000 people.
