Cooking ingredients that can function as natural remedies to numbers of diseases. But I don't see how chili pepper can make us feel fuller after meal. In my country, Indonesia, people used to add red pepper in daily meals. The hot taste can increase your appetite, that will make you tend to eat more than usual portion. Maybe that will make you feel fuller!
