    Can someone please tell me why only $12 billion has been paid out? Everyone was in such a rush to get this crisis fixed. Out of $787 billion...only $12 billion used so far???

    A governmental website can not remove the economic grip that the Federal Reserve has on our countries throats. The dollar will continue to inflate. And to the comment below, "God willing it will be ... effective": That's the type of thinking that got us into this mess. Ill advised, unthought spending and idiotic actions with the assumption that God will fix it in the end.

    Transparency and investment advice? This has the potential not only to radically change government, but also to help the beleaguered middle-class rebuild their savings drained away by the "bundlers." We'll see.
