Really interesting blog! from the page: Therefore why should I be angry with a man, for loving himself better than me? And if any man should do wrong, merely out of ill-nature, why, yet it is but like the thorn or briar, which prick and scratch, because they can do no other. ~Francis Bacon (1561-1626) .

They did it. The nuts [aka British Parliament] in Britain passed a law which permits the mixing of animal and human dna to create hybrid animal human embryos. Do they really believe all of these will be destroyed after the geneticists and other scientists monkey around with them? Is an instant slave or soldier society waiting in the wings? Why have church leaders remained virtually silent on this issue? Where is PETA? How many animals will need to be destroyed or harvested for the genetic material needed? Oh, brave new world, with such ethically challenged leaders running an increasingly leaky life raft [aka the earth]. Our leaders seem to have little time to work on global warming and diminishing oil supplies, but all the time to throw money at dubious projects such as animal human hybridization. I fear for our world. Follow the sites on science listed and reviewed by 'pseudonym.stumbleupon.com' to see more on some of these and other scientific follies. Excellent science, history and news sites. The one on Genetic manipulation of DNA gives me the chills.
