sillydog2112 rated 5 months ago- handy little list that I can find little wrong with, knowing more than the average bear about these topics. I would also point out that, like my favoruite book of all time "Back to Basics" (Readers Digest Press, out of print, I think), the information given is a starting point - very starting point. You have to either look up more or figure it out as you go along. A very good starting point tho. I would, however, give a word of caution about one thing you find in just about every such guide that is wrong wrong wrong -- you cannot increase drainage in a garden plot by adding a bit of sand -- that actually makes things far worse until you're at about 85% sand. other than that, the rest is good stuff.
