caterpillargrl discovered 7 months ago- Entertainment Weekly wrote an open letter to the sci-fi channel advising them how to improve their offerings - specifically, to get leading sci fi writers involved in writing shows.

Flaneur2008 rated 2 months ago- ...did you put a stamp on this letter?

rougegoat rated 5 months ago- Good points, except that the people who wrote the letter don't seem to understand that movies like Beyond Loch Ness and Mansquito are made to be extremely bad for humor rather then for real science fiction.

mellocello2003 rated 6 months ago- amen.

kdfrawg rated 6 months ago- I'm afraid this is true. They could do so much, yet have done so little. I don't even remember what their cable channel is any more.

If you don't like what's on tv, than get a fucking life and turn the damned idiotbox off[/rant]
Same goes for me - why the f*** do I even bother???[/wtf?]

leogarg rated 6 months ago- please, no. do not take my favorite genre and mash it up with soap operas. just don't.

Maerin rated 6 months ago- Seriously.

greenchair rated 6 months ago- Sci-fi Channel has major issues. It could be much, much better than it is.

Merick rated 6 months ago- I agree. I mean really, why the obsession with purposefully bad low budget movies?
