From the page: "I like bullfighting, Iâ€m Spanish. To me it is an ART. May be we must start banning torture in Guantanamo and Abu Graib. Later on, stop torturing bulls and horses in rodeos all around USA. Then the US Citizens will have the moral right to talk about torturing animals in other countries." equating animals to humans in the same fashion that PETA does to the holocaust and slavery. good job moron.

nothing 'romantic' about a bullfight! Blood, sand, sweat and shit, pain and death, watched by a slavering horde of macho needledicks who would not have the courage to stand where the matador stands. Not to mention the cruel and fearsome experiences inflicted on the picadors' horses! Down with barbaric sports and spectacles!!

Should bullfighting be banned? Or just make sure the bull is treated humanely and not killed.

Will bullfighting end in Spain? I doubt it, but a move toward Portugal's policy of not killing the bull would be nice.

I think it's about time! Bullfighting has become more symbolic of culture than a form of entertainment in Spain. "Recent polling indicates that less than 30% of Spanish citizens like bullfighting, reflecting an overall trend that animals should be treated more humanely."
