Sorry everyone; the admins removed the bug that allowed over 200 mutuals, and reset my mutuals list using some preferences of their own. I've only just discovered it. Apologies to everyone who was removed from my friend's list. It was certainly not intentional on my part. It's going to make sharing pages impossible with some of my treasured mutuals who have been so rudely unfriended, until i prune and sort out the existing list. :-(
But right now the Remove Friend button is broken, does nothing, so I can't even remove anyone who left SU, let alone friends I no longer see. Neither was the shadow friend bug fixed.
Many of us find the friends limit absurd anyhow, so there are thoughts afoot about joining together to protest to the devs about the limit. Those who find the limit, well, extremely limiting, might think about saying so on a sticky post kept at the top of their pages and asking others to do the same. We will probably get forum going on the topic too. Or you can. So please keep an eye out for that and contribute to it when it is created.
