Not the World's Best Chocolate Cake, but considering it's a microwave cake, who would expect it to be? At any rate the expression on my boyfriend's face when he walked into my tiny oven-less studio apartment and smelled chocolate cake was definitely worthwhile. And it's certainly edible.

I made it with 2 tbsp of sugar instead of 4 and in a small plastic container instead of a mug. Awesome!

I've done a variation of this before to create a muffin-like cake without the sugar. Tastes great fresh out of the microwave with a little butter.
