    What a bitch! She's a really rude individual who has no business working in customer service. The public can be annoying and ignorant, but they don't deserve to be treated with such cruelty. I've worked the lines before, I know. Fuck her.

    I used to work in phone tech support, and YES. People can in fact be this stupid.You would really be surprised how when people get on the phone they're able to reveal how stupid they really are. If you run into that person on the street, it wouldn't be as obvious because they've learned to suppress their dumb thoughts in social situations due to thousands and thousands of awkward silences.
