I know the guy is just wandering on his memories, recalling his days in a city.. but this is not a thing to make such a big deal, i mean, what did i see? a collection of extremely simplistic legos, and that's it, sorry, but it's the truth

Another one of those things that makes you think "Haha, that's kinda neat" before you realise that no, no it isn't. It's a poor attempt at humor made by a talentless observationalist about a horrid city.
