sargt000 discovered 3 months ago- i think this is really sad. yeah, i know lots of people thinking hunting is evil/awful/all that jazz. i don't hunt but have absolutely no issue with it. elk and moose are fucking awesome. deer is gross. and you all know i fish on occasion. but why this is so sad is because kids are completely losing their connection with nature - and that's creating a bunch of apathetic kids that have no interest on conserving the natural environment. this frightens me for the future, as a conservationist. also, the revenue brought in by hunting/fishing licenses is what funds many conservation programs. parents - get your kids outside. connect them with nature so that there's nature to be connected to in the future. thanks a bunch.
