    So much good news this week - gay people are allowed to be gay in India at long last, ID cards look like they're going under, part of the railways has been nationalised, the Post Office part-privatisation is being scrapped, and Gordon Brown is ever closer to no longer being Prime Minister.

    Delhi's High Court has just ruled unconstitutional the anti-homosexuality legislation that India inherited from the British Raj. Such good news.
