School children in Stirling are taking part in a trial where biometric technology is used when ordering their school dinners. This is just the start of a very slippery slop into '1984'. If my daughter attended this school I would refuse to allow her fingerprints to be taken and would move her to another school if necessary. I am vehemently against the collection of biometric data outside the criminal justice system and am appalled at how this trial has managed to sneak under the radar.
